Your orders are carefully prepared and sent to the delivery address specified during the order process.

The preparation and shipping times for products may vary depending on product stock status and production process. If there is a special delivery time for your order, you will be informed separately on the product page or after placing your order.

Tracking information will be sent to you when your order is handed over to cargo.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

For products purchased under distance selling, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with relevant legislation.

Products intended for return should not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, and should ideally be returned with their original packaging, accessories, and all elements sent with the product.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For products prepared according to the consumer's special requests or personal needs, custom-sized, or personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply within the scope of current legislation.

REFUND PAYMENT

After the return conditions are met and the product return process is completed, the refund will be made within legal periods, in accordance with the payment method used during the purchase.
