Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal for standard in-stock products within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Following the withdrawal notification, the product must be returned within the period required by applicable legislation.

Return Conditions

Returned products should not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product and should be returned, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, accessories and other items supplied with the product.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the consumer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

Custom-Made and Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are produced, altered or personalized according to the customer’s specific measurements, personal requirements or individual requests, where permitted under applicable legislation.

Selecting a standard size or standard colour option alone does not make a product custom-made or personalized.

Products classified as custom-made or personalized will be clearly identified on the product page or during the ordering process before the order is placed.

Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the applicable refund will be processed within the period required by law.

Where possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
