DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties in product sales carried out electronically through the Bist online store.

BUYER

Refers to a real or legal person who places an order through the Bist online store and provides their name, surname, contact, invoice, and delivery information during the order process.

The Buyer's information consists of the details declared electronically during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Bist online store, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations arising from the current consumer legislation.

3. Product and Order Information

For the purchased product;

• Name and basic features,
• Size and color information,
• Quantity,
• Sales price including taxes,
• Any discounts, if applicable,
• Shipping or delivery fee,
• Total order amount

are specified in the order summary and order confirmation shown to the Buyer before placing the order.

This order-specific information is an integral part of this agreement.

4. Payment

The Buyer pays the order amount using one of the payment methods offered during the payment stage.

Payment transactions may be carried out through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution or payment service provider used.

The Buyer's order is processed after the payment transaction is successfully completed and the order is approved by the system.

5. Delivery

Products in stock are aimed to be delivered within 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

The order is shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order via contracted cargo companies.

Public holidays, peak campaign periods, weather conditions, transportation problems, and extraordinary situations beyond the Seller's control may affect the delivery time.

6. Personalized Products

For products prepared according to the Buyer's special measurements, personal request, or specific needs, the production and delivery time may differ from that of stocked products.

The production and estimated delivery time for these products are separately communicated to the Buyer before placing the order.

Choosing one of the standard size or standard color options does not, by itself, make the product a personalized item.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the exceptions specified in the current legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Seller within this period.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In products produced, modified, or personalized in a manner different from standard product features according to the Buyer's special measurements, personal request, or needs, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the conditions stipulated in the current legislation are met.

Products that are considered personalized production are clearly stated to the Buyer before ordering.

9. Return

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the product must be sent back to the Seller within the period specified by the legislation.

For returns, the contracted shipping method indicated by the Seller may be used.

10. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, the refund will be made within the period and under the conditions stipulated by the current legislation.

The refund will be made, as far as possible, using the same payment method the Buyer used during the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions.

11. Defective Product

In the event of a defective product, the Buyer's elective rights arising from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation are reserved.

12. Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery, invoice, and contact information provided when placing an order are accurate and up-to-date.

Before completing the order, the Buyer checks the product features, size and color selection, delivery address, and the total order amount.

13. Seller's Obligations

The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered product in accordance with the agreement, order information, and current legislation.

If the ordered product cannot be supplied or if the performance of the agreement becomes impossible, the Buyer will be informed in accordance with the legislation, and the necessary refund procedures will be carried out.

14. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the scope of the duties and monetary limits specified in the current legislation.

15. Effectiveness

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the Preliminary Information Form and this Distance Sales Agreement before electronically approving the order.

This agreement comes into force between the parties upon electronic approval of the order.
