This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the consumer before remote sales transactions to be carried out through the Bist online store.

The following information about the product to be purchased:

• Name and main features,
• Size and color details,
• Quantity,
• Sale price including taxes,
• Discount amount, if any,
• Shipping and other delivery costs,
• Total order amount

is displayed to the customer on the product page, in the shopping cart, and before order confirmation.

The final information regarding the order is determined based on the order summary the customer views before payment.

3. Payment

The customer can use one of the payment methods offered during the payment stage.

The total amount to be paid is clearly shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Payment transactions can be carried out through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution or payment service provider used.

4. Delivery

For in-stock products, delivery is aimed to be made within 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process via contracted cargo companies.

Public holidays, peak campaign periods, weather conditions, transportation issues, and extraordinary situations beyond the seller's control may affect the delivery time.

5. Personalized Products

For products prepared according to the customer's special measurements, personal requests, or specific needs, the production and delivery time may differ from standard stock products.

The estimated production and delivery time for these products will be separately communicated to the customer before the order is placed.

Choosing one of the standard size or standard color options does not, by itself, make the product a personalized product.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer, subject to the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, can exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

It is sufficient for the withdrawal notification to be made within the given period.

7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

For products produced according to the customer's special measurements, personal requests, or needs, or personalized differently from standard product features, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the conditions stipulated in the current legislation are met.

Products with personalized production characteristics are clearly stated before ordering.

8. Returns

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the seller within the period stipulated by law after the withdrawal notification.

It is kindly requested to contact customer service before sending the return.

9. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds will be made within the scope of the current legislation and, as far as possible, through the payment method used by the customer during the purchase.

Due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions, it may take additional time for the amount to be reflected in the account.

10. Defective Products

In case of a defective product, the consumer's rights arising from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation are reserved.

11. Resolution of Disputes

In case of a dispute, the consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the duties and monetary limits determined by the current legislation.

12. Confirmation

The customer acknowledges that they have been informed about the product, price, payment, delivery, withdrawal, and other sales conditions presented to them before completing the order.
